Become a Bodega Bijou Vendor and rent a space in our Falmouth Gallery to sell your work in the heart of the high street. Join a community of artists and participate in our group shows and creative projects. Pay-as-you-go with one of our subscription packages, starting from just £15 per month. What’s more, we only take 10% commission from your sales.
In the first two months of opening, Bodega Bijou - Cornwall’s home of Illustration - was featured in Forbes and received over 10,000 visitors to our website.
At Bodega Bijou we love bold, colourful, contemporary illustration created by diverse voices, with an emphasis on affordable art: prints, greetings cards, posters, original drawings and sketches, enamel pins, vinyl stickers and illustrated merch.
If you are a contemporary illustrator, a zine creator, urban/street, tattoo or comic artist, animation or games concept artist, printmaker or graphic designer then chances are our customers will be super into what you love to create too.

Included in your Subscription
Everyone who becomes one of our Vendors receives a dedicated wall space in our Falmouth Gallery from which to showcase and sell their art.
At just over half a metre square (56cm/56cm) our Large Wall Spaces are lit by spotlights. A fantastic “billboard” for your illustration talent, they include a small shelf accessory to present business cards; a great way to elicit commissions or build your followers online. Alternatively, use your shelf to sell some postcards, cards or illustrated merch. You can showcase one large piece for sale on the wall, or a collection of smaller pieces, and we’ll provide any hooks or clips you need.

Would you like some support creating illustrated products to sell? All Vendors receive private access to The Stockroom: a members-only area of our website where you can order fine art prints, T Shirts and accessories featuring your custom designs at Wholesale Prices. We can receive your stock shipments for you at the gallery and if you would like, for a small additional fee per order, we’ll also label and package your products for you too, so you can focus on the important bit - drawing awesome illustrations.
Extend your Space with optional Add-On features
You can choose to extend your space and sell greetings cards too - or small prints up to A5 - with an individual, bamboo rack space. Each rack can hold around 30 cards or prints. Greetings Cards and Postcards are our BESTSELLERS at Bodega Bijou, and we encourage all artists to create a small collection if they can... our customers absolutely love them. They are an important part of your regular “bread-and-butter” earnings as an artist!
How about turning one of your illustrations into a T Shirt? All Vendors who choose this Add-On feature are allocated a rail space to sell a T Shirt design and an individual storage shelf in our shop for stock. It's time for you to take the Fashion World by storm...
If you‘re an artist who likes to work on a large scale, then our Browsers are the perfect Add-On feature. Choose this option if you would like to sell some larger prints, from A4 - A2 in size. You can sell up to 5 large prints at a time, and keep restocking as they sell.
Our awesome Virtual, Interactive Exhibitions have been featured in Forbes.Throughout the year we curate a number of group shows online, which Vendors who opt for this feature are invited to participate in. Take part in a group exhibition during your time at Bodega Bijou - and receive promotion to a global audience of visitors.
To rent a space at Bodega Bijou and become one of our Vendors you must be resident in Cornwall, U.K. We have a minimum subscription term of three months before cancellation, so that you have time to prepare, hang and sell your work. In our Falmouth gallery we only sell unframed prints, cards and small illustrated products such as enamel pins. Bookings are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, and you cannot sublet or sell your space to others. All Vendors must also have obtained Public & Product Liability Insurance (PPL) before selling with us: a requirement for selling your work in most stores and markets in the U.K. If you are new to selling and do not have PPL already, you can get yours in a few clicks HERE from the A-N Artist Network who offer annual cover for artists from just £15.
